I need to ‘work from home’ for a UK based company. What are the procedures to be done?

I was working for a UK based company for the past 1and a half year. Now I am currently in India and I want to work for the same company from home. The company has agreed. But I am not aware of the legal procedure to be carried out before I could start working for the company. If anybody knows about this could you please let me know..
